The Pre-Intermediate level is where the rubber hits the road. Most of the time the student is from 9- 11 years old. This is less about entertaining the students and more about getting down to teaching. This is where you see if you are a true teacher or just a clown in a teachers suit.

You have to really encourage the students just like with the younger students. This is the level you can play more advanced games that go beyond tie-tac toe. You can really dig in and explain the grammar not like the younger students. You can have real conversations. YES! At this level you will have more paperwork tracking the students and giving the parents updates.
